Well of course it does.There is nothing unique about these chargers , they are type C chargers and most are self regulated .I have at least 8 type C chargres in my house and they charge anything that has a type c connection regardless of voltage or watts . I charge smartphones, sat nav batteries, shavers, pain relief products ,beauty products such as mini grinders, external thermostat batteries , torches, …………………..it just doesn't matter, you can't over charge regardless .
More than 100 watts is enough for me, i can charge laptops, tablet, earbuds, smartphone, smart watch at the same time but one small 30w for easy carrying
