Should I go for these BH046 or the BH060? I kindda like the design of the 060 better, they look a little bit more compact. As I really like using them as I walk or when Im on the bus, bit I dont really like going out with huge headphones in my head. Are these too big?
I also heard the 046 sound is better but… Im comming from an old Philips SHB7250 so I think maybe Im not gonna notice it that much I think

I've had them for over a week now, and they're TaoTronics' best effort yet, and by a considerable margin. They have better balance, better resolution and a more sturdy build quality than all their other models (of which they are quite a few – and their peculiar model names only add to the confusion). Also, the hybrid ANC works better than the simpler version in the others. Still not remotely on the level of my Sony XM3's – but then, except Bose nothing compares to the "noise cocoon effect" you'll get from the Sonys. In their class however, and also compared to cans for a price tag of US$120-150 (like Plantronics or Urbanista e.g.), the TT-BH046 do a good job with their ANC. The highs and mids in this model are decent, which you couldn't claim about the others (the simultaneously released TT-BH060 are horrible in that regard), and for the genres you mention (rock, pop, hip hop, country) I would safely recommend them in the sub-$100 class. For classical music they won't do, because the mids are still a tad recessed and the resolution still isn't high enough.

These are now $89 at Taotronics (rebranded as Soundsurge 46). The JBL E65BTNC are on sale now for $129 w/ free shipping. Do you have an opinion between these two at those prices?
