I just got a pair of jaybird freedoms and these look to be a better pair for a fraction of the price
i wasnt sure which one to pick between these and treblab j1 cause of similar prices and reviews but i didnt buy these cause i knewcof a warning to onky charge with 1 ampere so i went the „safe“ wah and bought the treblabs, when i unboxed them it came as a surprise to me they were supposd to be charged with 0.3 amps. dont have a 0.3 amp charger and now my batter life is getting worse and worse😔

I am an owner of the q30 and am now having a problem. When I first got the device I went through the instruction and connected it to both my phone for calls and it has and still works fine. I also connected to my home computer for music and videos. At first it worked beautifully. But tonight I went to chill out and listen to youtube music of my preference and I had to reconnect it. Everything went well until I started to listen to the videos. I blanks out for at least 5 seconds every 2 minutes. it may not sound like much but with you until you are listening to some really good music and all of a sudden it blanks out. NOT FUN. 1) why did I have to re connect my device and 2) why is it blanking out??????
I have commented on this a few weeks ago. This device will work fine on my phone. But when I connect it to my computer it breaks up. I removed it from my settings on my computer and re-set it as the only device connected to it. But it stills cuts out about every minute. This is very annoying when I am listening to something to learn. Either tell me how to correct it or I will confirm this is a piece of crap and not buy any more of this companies products.
Do the Q30 support low latency in aptx mode?

I mistakenly reset my Q30 soundpeats and now it wont start. No light comes nor any feedback even when charging it or trying to turn it on. Any idea?
