Tech Steve another great video brother. I got a question can the ring display on the LG UN7300. The reason I ask this is because it has Alexa built in. Like if the door bell ring and my cell in is in the bedroom, and I am in the living room watch tv. Will it show on the tv?
Great video, Steve. I've had the Ring doorbell that is powered by the wires from the doorbell itself, for a couple of years now. It works great. I just added a wired camera at the peak of the roof on my garage. It was super-easy to set up and works great. In order for these cameras to work, they need a strong Wi-Fi signal. To achieve that, I added an access point in my garage. It's connected to my main router with powerline adapters. It sounds complicated, but it's really not. I have the one year subscription service, which is the best way to go. It allows you to save recordings; share recordings; and view recording from others, in the neighborhood. Keep up the good work.

My Ring Doorbell 3 must be the cheaper version. It came with a blue torx screwdriver that only fits the security screws and isn't a reversible bit. I also didn't get a level or black replacement cover or drill bit, wth??
i just bought the Ring 3 on new years. My wife and i like it. Ez to set up and it works great. I'd recommend this doorbell to anyone looking for a smart bell. Question; are there any Ring security cameras that work with the doorbell thats wired?
Steve i have questions 1. I don't have a doorbell will i be able to just mount it on the wall wireless? And second will i still be able to talk to the person ringing the doorbell through the phone ?

Thank you brother, this is the best video I have watched about the Ring3. Well explained and detailed. Most of the other videos are either too fast, skip very important parts like the app installation and the software set up, or other important details. i do wish they'd agreed a design and just kept all the mount kits identical.. even the recent ones still wont be compatible with the next mounts which i think is something they should address..
i didnt get a drill bit, level or alternative cover with mines.
And the mount that came with it wasn't flat, it was angled so i had to order a flat one for my home.
