Steve does this reset software update. Have the Samsung s95b at 1430. Heard 1310 software is best?
My wife & I have lived in the same hotel for almost 3 long years now….long story. I have my computer hooked up to the Samsung 55" flatscreen TV via HDMI cable. It's my REFUGE!! I'm disabled & not in good health…& playing DVD's, Amazon Prime movies, etc….help me cope with life's bs. I'm pretty sure 1 channel is slightly lower than the other…because when certain scenes come on…I have to either turn the volume down or up much more than I should have to. I'd like to be able to see if the balance has been messed with by previous guests…..but leary I will mess things up to the point I'll lose my HDMI connection, etc. Is there a risk of this happening if I reset the audio?

Sorry Samsung, this just isn't acceptable to remove an account. Should be able to remove an account without resetting the entire TV's settings.

I have 3 of these TVs in the lab. The TVs are going to another site. Was able to reset 2 of them but the third doesn't give me an alphanumeric keypad to enter pin. How can I reset it without entering the pin?

I am unable to put the 0000 the remote doesnt have a numpad and the 123 button brings nothing, i tried repairing my remote ans still no luck, this is a backward system, quiet shocking how bad it is implemented

If you don't want to reset it on your child reset it how did you get everything back
That option is greyed out for me and it says “this function isn’t available”. Sweet, so when I sell it the buyer will have all information! Thanks Samsung!
