Only thing I wish my chair had was a headrest occasionally, but I cannot complain as I got a Herman Miller Sayl fully loaded, brand new for a ridiculously cheap price because an office supplier marked it hundreds less than the other Sayl chairs simply due to it having an orange seat.
Secretlab makes the best chairs! But this looks solid.

I've fallen for all the positive reviews out there and bought this chair. 3 days since I use it and it is a nightmare for me. The armrests are way too high, it was impossible to work comfortably with my keyboard & mouse, since my arms got "trapped" between. I had to dismount them. When I first sit on it : wow, I'm good in it. But it doesn't last long since back pain starts to crawl. The lumbar support is way too proeminent compared to the upper back support. It creates a cavity and I find my low back pushed upfront and my upper back crouched. Only nice thing here is the leg support. But the rest is terrible. The head support is practically unusable whitout an effort to put your head on it.
