    Hi Steve. I am curious of the functions that these two do? I am thinking of getting one for kids and with the black friday sale going on right now, you can't beat $20. Does the 3rd gen echo dot do anything more fancy than the 2nd gen echo dot? I know they have a kids one, but I am still lost with what each one can do when you talk to it.

    Nice vid though wish you tested which one picks up your voice better from a distance. You pointed out Dot 2 has 7 mics vs 4 but does that translate to better voice capture?
