The 2026 TV lineup is set to explode with new technology. Sony is preparing the Bravia 9 II with its True RGB Mini-LED system for deeper color control and more precise dimming. Hisense is expanding its TriChroma RGB approach from the 116-inch UX into the upcoming U9S models, bringing 10,000-nit performance and 165Hz support to mainstream sizes. TCL is taking a split approach with the ultra-bright X11L using Super Quantum Dot Mini-LED, while the Q10M Ultra adopts full RGB Mini-LED to achieve 100% Rec.2020 coverage. LG is readying its C6 and G6 OLEDs with Tandem OLED stacks and MLA to push brightness dramatically higher, and Samsung is rumored to launch the S99H, a new flagship tier powered by either an advanced QD-OLED panel or its upcoming Neo Micro RGB concept. Together, these models mark a major turning point for 2026, blending extreme brightness, wider color volume, and next-generation HDR capabilities.

Great video!
When will the 2026 TVs hit the floor?
All I want is a 32" dumb TV with multiple input connections, good/sharp looking picture (at least 1080p), decent speakers, physical buttons for volume and menu navigation, LOTS of picture modes and settings, no motion smoothing/soap opera effect, and no built in microphone or camera [i.e. spyware]. This also includess/applies to the remote.
In other words, a privacy advocate's dream and a personal data collector's worst nightmare.
Can I PLEASE just have that? Seriously, I don't feel that's asking for much.
Very well presented and structured content. Thanks a lot.
Thanks for your excellent preview of the new TV display technology planned for release in 2026. I currently own an aging plasma TV that will soon need to be replaced. I'll probably wait until the 2026 models are introduced before I decide between buying a 2025 model at a discounted price, or investing in the latest tech of 2026. Since the largest TV I can fit in my room is 55", it's likely that my choice will also be dictated somewhat by which of the new flagship TVs are actually offered in that size(!) Over the past few years I have noticed that some TV manufacturers are no longer making their best models available in anything under 65"…
This is my honest review which I never did before, I bought from the eighties until now the newer tv's such as the most expensive Philips Matchline & Sony and so on. every few years and sometimes exchanged 3 tvs in one month . I replace and bought my new tvs through the trade-in promotion, of course I lose some money through this trade-in promotion but this is not relevant now, I have 6 Oled TVs Sony and Samsung and the LG in the last 10 years, the last one I have was the LG CX 65 inch Oled. I traded it in on this Friday for the C9K large screen Tv. I can compare very well between the two and this is my honest review and opinion about this TCL C9K Tv: the picture is very sharper and full of detail and colors than the LG OLED, but is not 100% clean as the LG OLED has shown! the sound of the TCL Tv is superB, literally superB compared to the LG OLED Tv.
The Cons of this TCL compared to the LG OLED CX 65 is: if you connect a Bluetooth headphone to the Tcl Tv you get a flickering effect on the screen. I fixed this by using a my wired headphone by purchasing a USB to 3.5mm adapter from Amazon site, and it works perfectly. The software online (XDA forum) is number 560, but in the TCL TV it's 543, which I find it unusual. I called to TCL and asked them if I could get the newer software for this C9K? Their answer was: no, jou just wait for an automatic update… strange!
Ps: for the image, I chose Dynamic and of course I installed it to my own taste, such as the sharpness and the colors and contrast and the brightness and so on! and the result was a superB sharp and beautiful image quality with using of this hdmi cable: Silkland 10K 8K HDMI 2.1 Cable 2M for my Sat 4K Vu+ receiver as movie / media player!
Final verdict: don't believe a bad word in any of these YouTube reviews over this TCL C9K Tv mate!! you have to buy it and experience it at home, and you'll see what a sharp and beautiful image this TCL C9K gives!
Here's my advice to you mate: if you have an old OLED CX TV like mine, I'd trade it in as soon as possible for this TCL C9K TV if I am you, and you'll thank me profusely. believe me!
I currently have the LG G5 but in 2026 I will be getting a Sont Tv..
Definetely NO for Sony. Just after 2 years totally broken. Me and 2 of my friends experienced the same tragedy, and the local non official service center claimed having many cases with Sony.
