I finally updated my S95B from 1304 to 1622 and I have to admit I’m really glad I did it 🤩👍
Everything is better in 1622 ! Just a little dimmer than 1304 BUT the picture looks more accurate, even in game mode HDR and HGiG it looks better and shows that the S95B is still a monster on fire !!! 🔥 So proud of my S95B, Samsung finally listened to The S95B’s owners I guess, and that’s a very VERY good thing 😎👏
I really hope they are not going to destroy everything with The next update in a few months I guess… because I really love and enjoy my S95B since update 1622 !! 😍
Really don’t want to lose that picture quality ! 🤞 Playing The Last of Us Part Two Remastered on PS5 right now and it looks absolutely fantastic with my S95B !!! 🤤👌🏆

Thanks for the advice, i updated a while ago but have been using the maxlux 138 sm tweak because i saw measurements online that showed default game hdr was still undertracking like before, interesting how its brighter for you, i might have to try it myself, would you mind posting the settings that your using?.
Another video with updates s95b vs g4 in movies and tv shows, bright and dark scenes to compare highlights, brightness and black crush. Also tell us best tv settings for 1622 update. I'd be very thankful!
I’m on version 1304 and use the TV to watch movies on HDR and SDR and mostly use the contrast enhancer because it makes the picture much more viewable (makes it brighter, especially in HDR). Wondering if 1622 is any better from 1304.
Any help please? Should I upgrade?

AVS Forums has locked in the Picture settings for the S95b. This is the best tv I have ever owned.
The G4 looked better in almost every way in your live stream when you had all 4 TVs up. I find it weird how dark and muted it looks here in comparison to the S95B.
