If i have 2 outputs, one being a 4K tv and one being a 1080p monitor, will they be projecting 4K and 1080p respectively? Or, will it instead scale down my 4K tv to show a 1080p quality in order to match the lower output?

Did you have to change the EDID settings to get sound from that speaker via the optical port? Or did you just use the default copy settings?
