With how good this tv is from several reviews, its hard to even consider samsung and sony mini led tvs at double the price! For what? somewhat better upscaling , motion and processing but is it worth 1k to 2k more in price?!!
TCL our the leading company in Mini QLED and Q technology. Unless you're blind there is no other Mini QLED on the market that looks as good as the TCL. Not Samsung Not Sony and Not LG. Yes they are the leaders of OLED but there Q Series can't touch TCL.
Thanks for the review my QM8 just arrived from Amazon yesterday. My box DID NOT look as nice as yours, it is smashed up and looks like a pack of wolves chewed on it. I'll be unboxing it this weekend hoping it is in good shape. Your video made me feel somewhat better showing the packing of the TV.
I am seriously considering the QM8. I love Sony but the price on the 65" is fantastic. You pay more on alot of cell phones.

I have the 85 inch QM8. The upscaling is horrible. Sports look terrible

Are the U8K blacks always washed out when compared to the QM8? Or is that only in Dolby Vision?

Is there a calibrate vid for this. I'm having trouble with the colors. My older tcl was honestly better bit it's probably user error lol
