9-7-2018 Can Alexa Concierge be setup on 2-Phones? I have an Amazon account but the logon is with my phone number and password. How can I get my wife's phone setup also??
everytime i go on the app it just says ‘search’ not add device and when i click it , it says that i need to enable my wifi but it is enabled so please help ?
i put bluetooth mode and it doesn’t show up , i click wifi mode and it live wifi has its own wifi so it takes me off of my wifi and i go to the app i live and it says “your device iphone doesn’t enable wifi connection “”please enable wifi connection then search again “
I have this unit but its not functioning correctly. How do I perform a full factory reset to create a new wi fi link as though its out of the box new? Thanks. It won't even go into the different modes. Its either on wi fi of off. No speaker or other modes available and won't show up as a connectable wi fi device. Thanks
These things are shit. Get an Alexa. These iLive sound tinny, quiet and are a pain in the ass to pair or use like an alexa because they are a very cheap implementation of the idea. They are good for throwing in the garbage only.
