What size are both of the TVs you are comparing?
LCD = 🤮🤮🤮
Hisense should go back to OLED.
Which model would be the successor of U8H? I'm from Mexico. Last month there was big sale across websites and I was trying to acquire that model but I couldn't find it available anywhere. I don't know if I should wait to the next model is available or grab the chance and buy the U8H.
I find your videos super useful. Please, do a comparison with the newer models and u8h.
One thing I don’t like about newer Mini LEDs and OLEDs is the black crush. Dark areas just seem to have no detail compared to Direct Lit screens.
Learn more from comparisons although i found the comparison to much older tv relevant. Slbeit ours is sony bravia led rather than plasma. Thanks for reviewing 🐈👍
I have the U6H. I agree the 10 bit processing looks much better and overall better color on the U6K. The yellow looks much better to me on the U6H. It will be some time before I buy a different tv, but I keep watching because I'm afraid I will miss something new. Thank you for your work
Twicking the contrasts levels will do the trick on the U6H.
Are they out and what are the sizes and prices thank you good video
Any idea when Costco will carry this and if they’ll have it at a lower price than Best Buy?
Which tv would you recommend for watching movies the Sony x80 k or the Hisense u6h??
miniled for me thank you .
I don't like the processor downgrade. Memory bandwidth has been cut in half. And from ddr4 memory to ddr3 memory. Motion needs to be better.
they suffer bleeding ?
Returned the U6H because it turns off local dimming with VRR on, how's this one?
The 55" U6H I bought for my mom is still going strong, looks great calibrated, esp. since I was able to score one for $240. Interested in the 65" U8K or QM8 for myself this year. The U6H convinced me to move on from my old Panasonic plasma. Better in all aspects except fast motion.
once you go MiniLED you wont go back to Direct LED. Thats how it is!
I dont know which is which but the one on the right is VASTLY superior in this video
wait for the u6k or buy the u8h on sale?
Is anyone here using Hisense TV for more than 3 years now? How is it?
According to the images shown, I see a higher brightness u6h than u6k, which is Mini Led and a saturated screen is seen and colors are green.
Hi!!! Sorry for my english, but im from Chile but I live in mexico. Just 9 hours ago, I bought a 75 inches hisense u6h…the salesman told me that it was the best option cause it was technolgy 2023, but I when i came home I started to look some info, and I found that tv is 2022. Would you recomend me to keep the deal , or go back to the store and ask for the u6k? I have seen already that the u6h runs at 60 not at 120. And i have seen already lots of reviews of ghosts and lags on the screen. Could you help me please? There is nothing worst than come to your house and all of a sudenn, discover that i'been scamed…if is real. Thank you very much, a big hug
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I strongly advise NOT PURCHASING the U6KAU for the following reasons:
1, Out of the box, the picture quality leaves much to be desired.
Getting assistance from Hisense can be challenging; the responses often feel automated.
– aka asking Hisense for help is next to useless its like talking to a robot (what's a hardware calibrator?, actual response)
The pre-installed software, VIDAA, is rubbish. – it basically runs like a bloated dog-turd.
There's a limitation in customizing the apps, and when asked, the reasoning provided was to prevent accidental deletions.
The company's attitude is a joke aka "we got your money now go fuck off.."
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
TechSteve, when you talk about the differences in motion, you point out you cannot tell differences in motion. You then show a demonstration with a racing game – which has a high framerate of 60 frames per second. But what about the motion in a Blu-ray with the low framerate of 24 frames per second? Is there "Stuttering" or "Juddering" or "Shimmering" in those types of Blu-ray 24 frames per second movies?
I bought the U6H last year and it had noticeable motion blur and smearing, especially during gaming. how does the U6K compare?
It sucks though the U6K TV doesn’t come in a 50 inch size.
i actually thought the tv on the left was too dim and dark looking….
woow even though the U6K has an IPS panel, the colors, the contrast, and the image overall is so much better, so much more depth and vivid colors. We didn't see a blooming test, but considering the U6K has mini-leds and has like 4 times the dimming zones, i guess it's considerably better.
how's the 24p judder?
Does the U6K support airplay or airplay 2???
You labeled the U6H as "Direct Lit" and it's not! It's full array and not edge or direct lit.
Awesome video and reviews, just what i needed. Thanks 😊
Is it just me or does the direct lit looks like it has muchhicher dynamic range?
The processor clock speed is less but I'm interested if data transfer is faster or more cores
is the u6k 55" the same quality as the u6k 65"? anyone help please must make a purchase asap
thank you !
This video makes the U6H, LOOK BETTER IN EVERY WAY?
Quick, Steve…the U6K or the A7H????
my 55 u6k will be here in three days man … cant wait . and thank you for the videos.
Does this Hisense TV use the mediatek chip for enhancing image quality using AI? Their new pentonic chipset lineup??
Is it just me, or apart from the Night sky picture, the U6H was better?
Can i cast my android phone to this TV , pls answer when you see this
Hisense u6H, o LG ur7800?
Wait u6k use mini led? Why 50inch in my country still use qled?
Wich is better? U6h or tcl qled c645 or c655?
1:57 – WARNING: THE 2024 U6H sold at WALMART is not the same
The 2022 Hisense U6H shown in this video is powered by a MediaTek MT9900 SOC (system on a chip) containing four ARM Cortex-A73 CPUs @ 1.8 GHz. Walmart sells a 2024 version for about half the original price. But it is not the same TV, because it is powered by the MediaTek MT9612 with four ARM Cortex-A55 CPUs @ 1.5 GHz. This chip is only half as powerful as the MT9900. As a result, the Google TV interface is laggy, and tends to crash when over stressed.
