The Gemini Air with DIRECTV service is a robust entertainment system with all the conveniences that you expect out of a premium system. In my experience the guide was easy to navigate and with access to over 60,000 on demand TV Show and Movies, I was able to view all my favorite content that I enjoy. The Gemini Air supports 4K and HDR content and the Video and Audio quality was simply stunning. Local channels are important so I was pleased to see that DIRECTV supports that as well and I was excited to see that that DIRECTV has unlimited cloud storage that I can view from the Gemini AIR, TV, and mobile application. This is a great service for some one looking for alternative to their current provider.

Unfortunately not every tv in my house is a smart tv, so we got the Gemini for our room. My problem is that at the "Set up Wireless Network" the Gemini won't let me enter my password to get access to my internet. The remote is paired and my network is highlighted, but it won't let me do anything else ? Not a good start to a new service..
Question…when you turn it on does it automatically go to the last Directv channel? Like the way you would turn on Satellite DirecTV? Or do you have to scroll and open up the DirecTV app?

I hate direct tv it has old shows and old movies,stuff I watched as a child and im74 that’s old and the contact is for two years before you can cancel,they add stuff your plan before you know it your paying a lot for bad service,also they lie to you when you signup,it’s a mistake we made and now we’re stuck for another year

Hey Steve, the old (white) directv remote had an ‘enter’ button so you could input the channel number you wanted and press enter and it would go automatically to that channel without waiting. I don’t see that on the new remote. Please help! Thanks.
Is the Closed Captioning synced up with the video? I tried Fubo once and the CC not being sync'd was a deal breaker for me (it's been a few years so maybe they fixed it). Also, can you turn CC off/on using voice with the remote? Thanks – great video! I am finally pulling the plug on Cox's price gouging. But I'm guessing DirecTV will be the same after 2 years right?
How many tv's can you use with this device and can different programming be seen in each tv depending on who is using it I hav e 4 tv's at home used by different people, they are all under the same roof, i currently have Direct TV with the outside dish antenna Thanks, Luis
Wow what a weak link Only supports up 60 FPS That means a lot of digital buffering during action sports and action movies Come on DTV at least give us 120 FPS
All good BUT…with the Gemini Air device, I don't see program descriptions in the Guide like I do with Satellite Directv guide which is right there in your face plus one button takes to a compete description. I am new to Directv streaming and I don't like the programming descriptions, otherwise there is a lot to like. Thanks for your video, very good job!
Thank you from a very beginner with any technology. I've ordered DerecTV Stream. I know what I'm getting but I've been having nightmares about setting it up. I have an older TV. You're presenting the set-up in a very easy fashion. When the equipment arrives, you know what video I will be rewatching. Idon't care about watching on an iPhone…that's too advanced for a simpleton like me.😁
Do you need a separate Gemini Air for each TV in the house, or can you "cast" to any TV in the house? I'm a dinosaur looking to evolve away from cable, but don't know how the new stuff works.
I have a Gemini Air exactly what you have. I also have a Samsung UHD 4K. For some reasons I just CANNOT WATCH Those 4K CHANNELS 105, 106 like they Advertised. HELP PLEASE

DirecTV is definitely the worst television provider on the planet. Today the DirecTV went out 83 times. Not worth the money…..

You do realize DirecTV and the Internet streaming are different than DirecTV Streaming.
