Super review man! I was searching forever to find a REAL one and not just some Voice Over video with b roll footage. You are awesome!
Hi I’m currently considering the QM6K and the U7N. Based on my research, I found that the QM6K has relatively low brightness, resulting in dark scenes lacking detail. On the other hand, the U7N has very high brightness, but due to its limited dimming zones, night scenes tend to have excessive blooming. If I increase the brightness and enhance the colors on the QM6K, or reduce the brightness on the U7N to minimize blooming, which one would provide a better experience for watching movies and playing games?
Did you notice the QM6K blurry in some scenes? I want to buy it, but I have seen people complaining about its sharpness and I have also noticed that in some videos too.
Would love a comparison on qm5k vs qm6k. Looking for a decent bedroom tv.
i need a tv for my new apartment, and I want a 65in. Having a hard time deciding between spending just $600-$800 or just spending the extra and just getting a 65in Lg c4 OLED. I will only really be watching tv in the evening, maybe during the day on weekends, but the wall the tv would go against has windows to the left of it, one along the door leading to the patio, and two bigger windows next to it along the way. The kitchen/living room is like one giant room and all of the lighting comes from the kitchen, so I do not think there is a lot of light coming in my living room but I just don't know enough to be able to tell if the lighting it good or bad for OLED. I am almost convinced to get the TCL QM7K 65in from best buy on sale right now for $799. What does everyone think? If I am already spending basically upwards of 800$ should I just commit and go OLED or is $799 a good deal for the TCL?
i will have a 12×12 ft room with no windows sitting 6-8 feet away I am looking for a 98 inch TV or a 83 inch OLED looking at the TCL QM7K or QM8k in 98 inch or C5 83 inch i want to feel immersed in my sports and movies and all my blue rays or is there another TV that would be better bang for the buck i will be hooking up a Sonos Arc Ultra sound bar and sub and rears Or should i go with last years TV's such as the C4 or QM8 I will not be gaming at all look forward to your thoughts and anyone elses cheers from Canada
Where does QM5K stand among these? And how does it compare to them?
TCL 👍
Its hard to make a good comparison when your showing two tvs in different picture settings
yo steve natural color qm6k wins brightness dont always wins prices wise
Thanks Tech Steve for the info. I end up buying the 75” TCL QM6 Pro from Costco for $799. We mostly watch movies and hardly play video games. Would this be any different than the TCL QM6K or QM7K?
Very nice comparison, thank you. Im just looking and deciding between theese two models, but in the 55" size, but as I want to use it mainly for gaming, I go with the 7k, it looks great.
I'm so over Samsung my question is how long do these TV's last before they give you problem
Thanks for this review. I was thinking about getting one right now subs up.
(NOT IN THE USA) Chat, do you think the $300 difference between the 55-QM6K and 55-QM7K is worth it?
TCL is junk
Any thoughts or experiences with the longevity of TCL TVs? I usually go LG or Samsung, but I've been pretty unhappy with my current LG and have been considering the QM6K after multiple recommendations. However, I'm pretty unfamiliar with the brand of the quality of their products, but I'm loving the price for what you get. I'm pretty torn on which way to go.
Thank you so much! You one of the best on here. Keep it up. Thank you for the great information.
How was the lag with either TV? I have a 2 year old TCL with horrible lag that has me looking for a replacement already. And by lag I mean all encompassing…audio and function.
Love the video! So helpful!
Quick question, I saw your review of the qm5k as well. Is there a big difference from the qm5k to qm6k? The qm7k is just out of my price range so I’m looking between the 5 and 6. Is the 6 worth the extra $100 or are they pretty similar?
Does anyone think the qm6k looks more natural especially when he was gaming?
The colors really do look different. At 1 minute and 33 seconds, I wonder what color the girl's shirt actually is. More blue, as shown on the left, or more gray, as shown on the right?
I got qm7k im excited
