i have a question about 4K TVs cause i want to buy one soon. can i buy a 4K TV and a 4K player to watch movies on it without taking the 4K TV online to update it first ?? i notice every time someone buys a 4K TV they take it online and i dont care at all to do that. i just want to plug in a 4K player to a 4K TV and watch movies.
I wanna pull the plug and get this Tv right now. But I gotta wait until the Hisense U8K is released. Definitely need a comparison between the two. Will you be reviewing the U8K?

Please get a different game to showcase visuals. DIRT has a awful visual style. Use Forza Horizon 5 instead of possible. It's also a awful reviewd game Keep up the good work.
Howdy T. Steve. My long long in the toof Panasonic 720 dpi won't die. It is epic…. Even so I'm circling either the Q7 or the QM8. I do this from time to time. (Finally saw a side by side. The QM8 is a bit more crisp….but the differences are slight, really.) This year I think I'm gonna pop. But…here is a question that I can find NO…as in zero to no-ne instruction or even chat on the net. As for QLED….. How does it handle TCM? We watch a ton of old B/W movies. All reviews are done with eye popping 57k video….. How bout poor misappreciated B/W? Will I have a great experience watching No Time For Sergeants? Need to buy a TV during the sales this week. Was gonna pull the trigger on this set, till I saw a review on FOMO's channel and now your review about the viewing angles on this being bad. I know this TV is great viewing right in the middle, but I'd like good viewing angles at home and for the money I'd spend on this, even on sale, I'd like to know I'm getting a decent viewing angle image. I notice you haven't reviewed the Q7, but maybe you've seen the TV. If so, how does the picture compare especially by viewing angles between THe QM8 and Q7? Thanks!
I wish they still made TVs that weren't smart TVs but with the same stuff like processing power and other regular 4k options…I don't stream everyday and if I use Youtube or apps, I use it through my PS5. If you are connected to the internet on your TV then it updates on it's own ruining picture quality…would be interesting to see how much cheaper if any, it would be 🤔🤔
I have an ancient small Panasonic LED TV and am finally thinking about uograding. I'm torn between the QM8 and the Hisense U7H, two good TVs at different price points. I primarily watch streaming content from Amazon but do watch a lot of old movies and TV series on, say, Britbox. I dont watch much sportsvabd I don't game. My hearing and vision aren't the best. I saw a U8H next to a U7H and thought the colors on the 8 made things look a bit fake, though that perhaps could be tweaked. Price aside, given what I view, do you think the QM8 or the U7H would be a better fit?

How to you mount such a Tv on the wall coz after unboxing I see TCL provides only Tv stand not a Wall mount as well
Get rid of that Dolby and take the power management shut off and run in Movie mod.
