I have both the ps5 and series x. Ironically the xbox handles vrr and hdr much more seamlessly as opposed to the playstation 5 which really caught me off guard as i expected sony to optimize their devices to work seamlessly with one another. I had constant screen flickering with the ps5 when using vrr. HDR as usual flicked between HDR and SDR which doesn’t usually bother me. But nonetheless It does work as Fortnite looked great at 120hz, Spiderman and HFW did well with balanced mode (40hz) and now balanced is my new favorite mode. But overall i’m pleased as I was wanting a 120hz display for the longest time.
Does it work the same as roku apps thats that i own not a google account also if i set it up without the google account will i still have access to my streaming services i currently on?
Just got it yesterday and I m in love with it. Perfect for gaming and watching movies. Best in Sony segment if you don’t want to over spend your budget.
I’ve watched every video and done every step but this tv is still running at 60hz not 120hz I’m using the hdmi cord that came with the ps5. Maybe the hdmi cable is a 2.0 not 2.1?
