Hi Steve I’m considering buying 75in U7N you stated that the calibration doesn’t apply due to it having a different panel. Is this panel considered better or worse than the panel on the other U7N models. Why would Hisense put a different panel on the 75in versus the other models? Thanks for the knowledge!
Hi. Sorry for the extensive question. Do you think the Hisense U7N is really that much better than the U6N? I currently have the Hisense 55R6+. (Black Friday Target Model) I'm looking to upgrade to a 65"+. I don't game (except for occasionally Nintendo Switch) or watch cable TV. My use case is almost exclusively 4K & blu-ray discs & streaming. The 65" U6N has an available Amazon monthly payment plan, which I need if I'm spending that much, while the U7N only has the plan available in other sizes for some reason. (I can't do Affirm, only Amazon payments.) There are other budget TVs even at 75" going for half the price of the U6N, but I'd really like to step it up a notch this time around. I'd love to hear your thoughts. My budget with Amazon plan is $500-$700 max. Without a plan, $250-$300 max. Thanks!
I don't agree neither with the brightness (too low) nor with the WB settings (it will turn the whole picture to green). It makes the whole thing simply unwatchable.

Hello. I have this exact tv. My biggest issue is trying to change the “screen” setting. It’s grayed out and doesn’t allow me to change to full screen. Most apps stream movies with black strip on the top and bottom of the screen just like the still shot of Spider-Man in your video. Do you have any tips how to change this setting? By the way tried your settings and the set looks great!

I have completely different settings in my 55 inch u7n. 3rd day i tried to get better colours on my xbox series X console. On 55 inch there is no black level or calibration settings
I tried this on my 55 inch just now. I like the white hue adjustments, but I can’t help but notice how insanely dark it gets with the brightness set to nine. Do you think there’s a reason Calman how do you said it so low? I can barely even tell what’s going on with it at nine in a moderately lit room obviously turning the brightness up more is an easy solution for this, but now I’m really curious as to why the program had you set it so low
Hey Steve, the link in the description for the calman solutions doesn't have hisense listed, what am I supposed to be looking for exactly then? Also what pattern generator and color checker would be suggested?
Hi, I’m currently considering the C6K and the U7N. Based on my research, I found that the C6K has relatively low brightness, resulting in dark scenes lacking detail. On the other hand, the U7N has very high brightness, but due to its limited dimming zones, night scenes tend to have excessive blooming. If I increase the brightness and enhance the colors on the C6K, or reduce the brightness on the U7N to minimize blooming, which one would provide a better experience for watching movies and playing games? 😢
Hey @TechSteve. I have a U7N. But my tv system is not the same one that you have. But it’s the VIDAA operating system. I live in the uk so that may be the reason but I don’t have these advance options

I just got 65” U7N but it has different menu, there are only filmmaker mode and Cinema (no day/night) 😧

Filmmaker mode vs cinema mode which is good for watching.
What about 65u7nq with vidaa. There are less settings and I cant find any callibration for this TV
