Hi @TechSteve, Would you know if this TV supports the MLB app? I know it is a Google TV but on the HiSense U8K which is also a Google TV I cannot seem to get the MLB app to download
Bought a 75 X90K open box for $1025 and a 5yr warranty. The display model was next to the new X90L and just couldn't see a major improvement.
Guys i just order the X93K 😋😋😋 im waiting to came to my house 😁
I've spent the weekend looking at TVs, I thkn this is hte one I will buy. Looking at the A80 and X93, I preferred the brightness of the X93. I suppose there si some blooming and chnage wiht viewing angle that the OLED doesn't have, but I found these effects to be trivial, whereas the way the X93 captured the light of outdoor scenes seemed a very significant upgrade to me. Even in some of the darker scenes, I noticed a loss of detail in the shadow areas in the A80. While the salesman tried ot tell me that the extra detail in the scenes of the A80 was a false artifact that the director didn't want us to see, I could see some of that same detail in the brighter OLED (I think it was anA95K). I struggled hard to see any difference between the X93 and the X90. I know I was supposed to see more blooming and less brightness, but in real world, it was hard to see. I would occasionally see slightly more vivid color in the X93, and at one point, the salesman paused hte image on a specific scene where the skin tones were much more natural on the X93, but when I repeated the pause on other scenes, I could not find a similar effect, and neither could the salesman. I wonder how much of what I saw was due to the way the TVs were set up. In one shop, there was an A80 and A95 adjacent to each other, and there was very littel difference, whereas in another shop, the 2 looked quite different. I preferred the Sony to the LG, as hte LG motion seemed a bit stuttery compared to the Sony, although much better than many TVs I've seen in this regard.
12:00 is it making this tv worse than LG with game mode? Or is it just a matter of additional settings that you need to choose with remote controle?
@techsteve Is it Better than Samsung QN85B
I saw your other review video for this tv and you sold me! I got this tv from Costco for $1000! With the aluminum backlit remote. Super excited to set it up and play my ps5
85 inch Sony X90K or Samsung Q80C ??? Help me please 🙂
Samsung qn90b or sony x90k ?
I notice all the new TVs have less inputs and outputs. My Sony Bravia 4K HDR Android TV from 2017 has so many inputs, outputs. I was about to buy a new one but this annoyed me.
Whats the diferrence between x94k and x90k?
Qual tv seria melhor para meu uso que só gosto de assistir canais abertos, a Sony 65x90k ou a Sony 65x77L?
Thanks for the review. I want to buy a new tv and I'm considering Sony LED 65X90K or LG QNED 65QNED813QA. The price is similar in my country. What do you think it's the best option from those two ?
Bought the 75 " X80K last week. Great tv.
Bought one two days ago, installing next couple days. Best Buy $1499.99. Was $2000.00. Nice technical data, Well done.
Saw one of these in store the other day marketed as X90SU in the UK. I was interested as need a 50 inch ideally for space and seems to be the last opportunity to buy a mid-high spec Sony that isn’t OLED at this size. I must admit I was shocked how cheap it feels and the thick plastic bezels. Not even in the same league as my X950H which is not only a more upmarket design but also a really good TV.
Thanks for your Video , Today i buy this TV from Sony World Jeddah-Saudi Arabia , it's fine , Thanks so much for your review
I just bought this TV in 55 inch at Best Buy today for $499.99 + tax! Brand new never opened!
My man engineering background based on your review for my master bedroom I got the Sony X 85K for my living room I want something more I like the VRR plus the two to one plus the 120 H. and I love how it’s perfect for the PlayStation five
I also like the upgraded processor plus the upgraded sound you don’t even really need to add a sound bar but you can. I also like that it is compatible with my MacBook Air that I recently got I’m just waiting for Amazon prime because it is currently 1300 hopefully it’ll be closer to 1100 Sony $85,000 so you might as well just pay 2 to $300 more and get the better TV.
This is the bestoption without going to models like the A 80 and A95 OLE:me
I bought the Sony X 85K based on your review. I appreciate your engineering background I’m going to get this Sony X 90 K for my living room for my gaming I want something with more bells and whistles and the X 90 K comes with a few things that the 85 doesn’t such as VRR or being able to play video games on 120 HZ, and HDMI three or four/
Thank you for making my decision the better XR processor plus VRR plus better stock sound makes it the right choice.
You could go with a Bravia at seven but those are $500 more and you can go with an expensive 880 OLED or a 95 OLED but those are two to $3000
Great and thorough review!
Steve this is the first review of yours I watch and it just answers all my questions! Best reviewer I have seen with all the tests! New Sub!
What's the difference between X90K and X90S;
