I just bought a tv, is there anyway to change hdr+ to Dolby vision without using HDMI’s? I am only using the built in apps I’m struggling to find the right picture quality
Just came here to warn peoppe and ward them away from this junk series of TVs. My Vizio v505j9 experienced hardware failure with less than 5 hours of total screentime. Unfortunately it sits in my basement so ive had it for over a year, and now it is a useless hunk of plastic.
Literally buy a TCL or any other brand. Ive never been burned so hard by a TV. If i can prevent a single soul from buying this trash, I've done my job.
Bought a Vizio 32" 5+ years ago…when I had technical difficulties, I then learned that Vizio has basically ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE and ZERO TECH SUPPORT.
Just recently had my 2009 Toshiba go out, leaning more towards this but Hisense does have have a similar product (the R6 series) that shares the full array dimming and 120hz @1080p only difference to me at the moment is the vizio has to ordered and shipped whereas with the hisense I can pick up at a local store

Why would the 50 inch not support 120hz at 1080 that makes zero sense

This tv right now is on sale for $300. Kinda hard to pass up at that price.
