I'm using a TCL 4K 60 HZ TV right now. Gaming in 1080p with no issues.. I'm gaming on PC though. Would a TV like this work a lot better in 1440p for gaming?
@TechSteve, when do we think the 7 and 8 series will be announced? The QM6K has me so excited, which means the next levels of this series will be really awesome
Once the prices half come Xmas time in 2025 the QM6K and QM7K will sell like hotcakes. But I'm waiting for the 98" X11K to drop and then half in price come Xmas time. The specs on the X11K are insane and a huge jump up from the current crop of TVs from all manufactures.
Just received this from Amazon yesterday. Looks pretty good so far. Waiting for best picture settings videos to get the pic right. Two things: Media Player app does not support MacOS for some reason. Cannot use FirestickTV to control volume. (Figured it out. Works now) Any advice, Steve?

Thank you for this video. I don't like the TV feet. It doesn't seem stable and there is no room for a soundbar . I wish companies could avoid this annoying feet style. Also I find it hard to understand why big companies are still struggling in the year 2025 to deliver 4 X HDMI 2.1…
I'm finding that the TV has this almost built in motion blur when gaming you can't totally disable. Irrespective of motion smoothing on or off. I purchased the p8k 144hz and swapped it for this model and it still have motion blur but slightly less.
I recently purchased a TC L 65'" Q77K from Costco. After watching your video review on the TCL Qm6k, I'll return the TV and get the Qm6k. i like the brighter and more acurate vivid colors and 144 hertz refresh.

This TCL TV is by far the best bang per buck on the tv market today by a long shot. Excellent choice IMO. 👌🏾
The 21:9 screen mode supportted for console or only for pc؟؟
Test it,pleas on 240 and 288Hz. Try to make manual resolution of 2560×1440@240hz and 3840×2160@ 165hz or 240 from the nVidia control panel. Thanks

it's a low budget tv. you can get the QM8 from 2024 that is far superior.
