So I’m logged into. Netflix, Disney, and YouTube, but the previewed content for YouTube is all generic regional content, not personalized to my account.
I live in Asia at the moment so it’s all stuff I don’t want to be seeing. And I can’t figure out how to make it the same as my personal interests.
I’ve tried reinstalling as well as even resetting to factory but nothing works.
Any ideas? I’ve also looked at updating the OS and that seems to be up to date.

A lot of negative reviews on SmartThings app such as demanding fees or the app does not work and very clunky. So many negative comments I couldn’t read them all. A bit sad considering the cost of a TV
As a Senior citizen. I do not understand most of the language and speed required. I am really discouraged with how little I understand, and about how to deal with using these instructions. I think Tech Steve was good with his instructions, but what I really need is someone who speaks Senior-ese slowly.
I bought samsung 75u8000f in India. 1. You cannot believe that what a worst R&D of samsung who has manufactured this Particular model. In the year of 2025 this 4k tv cannot produce dolby sound or pass through for OTT apps like netflix prime and so on, so if you have home theatre or sound bar supporting dolby audio or dolby Atmos,you cannot enjoy because this tv has manufactured in such a faulty way that it will send audio in 2channel stereo only. Service centre people came to my place 5 times and could not find any solution and the company was trying to close my complaints. 2. Again a great design from samsung where they have put 2hdmi in ports out of three inthe back of the tv. So if you wall mount this tv you cannot access the hdmi in ports. Company has never thought about it and they have provided common wall mount without tv instead of a swivel one which if you want to buy to get rid from this problem will cost 5k. 20 th day after installation company is sleeping and this tv has become nightmare for me.
Nice video I have the samsung 50" dux1e 8 series (2024) smart tv but connectime app and google meet app have been taken off. I have the slim fit camera so how would I use it for conference videos. Thanks any help is appreciated.

I have a Samsung AU8000 and it's optical audio out goes to a Topping D50 DAC. I wish I could control the DAC volume with the Samsung remote.
Any way to display time and date on screen please???

Never ever buy a Samsung TV POS! 4 years, 4 fucking years and it shit itself!!
