Thinking about buying the TCL 65” QM7K. I have already purchased a Pearlgear full motion tv wall mount. My question is will there be any issues with the mount brackets covering the rear speakers?
I’m leaning to grabbing the 85inch qm8 (2024) currently then upgrading the 98 in a few years. Would you say the qm8 is comparable or even better then the qm7k in certain aspects/features
Please put in each scenes which presets are on. Otherwise we won't understand what we're watching. Try to put titles for scenes in which mode it is. Please
Only downside for me is I’ll have to move my soundbar from under TV (since this has a middle stand with no gap), to above TV using a soundbar shelf (that hang on top rear of TV)
Just replaced my Sony X900E with a Sony X90L hoping to be blown away by the upgrade. Hours of messing with the settings, I wasn’t impressed. Motion was junk, game mode was a bit dim even with settings tweaked, and the audio was GARBAGE. Sounded like it was in a tin can, even after tweaking the eq. My wife who couldn’t care less about tech even said the tv sounded bad. Reluctantly returned it for the TCL QM7K and right out of the box I put on a movie and oh man… i literally stood up and clapped. I was blown away without touching any settings. It literally looks like an OLED tv. The blacks are so black. There is some blooming as with any led tv but it’s so minimal and the TV looks so good that I don’t even notice it. And the sound was incredible. Not even on the same planet as the Sony x90L. I have it on a tv stand and I can feel the bass of the tv on my coffee table when I have my feet up, No joke. I cannot recommend this tv enough!
Did you find any issues with picture quality involving contrast and color? Two other yt channels were unhappy with some of the picture quality on qm7k. One channel had to request a firmware update to fix the problem. I like this TV a lot but hopefully the picture problem isn't widespread. 😊
@TechSteve Which one is the best cm7k or samsung qn90f. Samsung doesn't have google tv. I like doing web browsing and I herad samsung is not good for it.
If you look up each of the seven series televisions , even from different manufacturers and take note of the audio systems frequency responses it will tell you what sounds the set will actually produce , and what it will sound like, quality wise
U kno what? I gotta say this set is better than any Hisense tv out 2day. It has better colors and contrast. TCL compared 2 hisense, has more of a realistic image and looks more natural. Also, the remote on this tv has all those nonsense app buttons in the bottom where they belong!, unlike hisense who has those stupid buttons on top. Sheesh

6K has way more colour calibrate, than 7K. How to fix that?
I’m still rocking my TCL 55 7 series mini-led TV. Was BEAUTIFUL back in 2020 standards. I’m finally thinking about upgrading to the QM7K.

Went to Best Buy to purchase this TV and basically siad it was junk and for me to buy the 98-inch Sony
Costco has the TCL 98" Class – Q77 Series for $1499…is that the same TV as it's 1000 less than Best Buy currently
the 50 and 55 has lower refresh rates, I wonder if they are worse in other areas.
How annoying is the motion blur and inverse blooming issue on the qm7k?
I pulled the trigger on a QM7K 75" . I love it but TCL needs to sort their firmware out. Beta firmware improves picture but is buggy.
